Freshfilter controller F6000 series

The F6000 is fully digital, works quickly and is Freshfilter's falgship in controlling the operators enviroment. The easy-to-use touchscreen is a controlling- and measuringdevice.

A maximum of three different types of filters can be recognized and displayed on the touchscreen control panel. The cabin pressure and any alarms are also displayed at all times on the F6000. Up to 5 different gasses can be measured and registerd with this advanced controlunit. In- and outside the cabin!

The (build-in) hydrocarbon or CO2 sensor is optional. The HC or CO2 value can be displayed on the touchscreen display. An alarm sounds if the value exceeds the PPM values (even if the HC or CO2 is not displayed on the screen). With the (optional) build-in communication module, the controller 6000 communicates all data to our MCP (Machine Control Panel). Safety first!

The Freshfilter wiring harness offers you the ultimate preparation. All cab air filtration systems and controllers are supplied with a single connection, meaning that everything is interchangeable. Upon re-quest, Freshfilter can also set up the F6000 to operate on machines from other manufacturers.

automatically and safe

In automatic mode, the controls ensure that the overpressure in the cabin is at least 100 Pa. If there is too much or too little pressure on the cabin, filters need to be replaced or the PPM limits are exceeded, a visual and acoustic alarm is triggered so that the operator is immediately alerted to the possible danger.
